We are delighted to support the expansion of a top-tier Private Client offering in Oxford and are seeking a Private Client Partner to join a team that has earned its reputation for excellence in high-end tax advice and estate planning. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a practice that has seen significant growth under its leadership and continues to provide outstanding advice and support to a loyal and ever-expanding client base. The role offers the chance to lead and develop the business while maintaining exceptional standards of client service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering effective legal services
- Broadening expertise into new sectors or markets
- Supervising junior colleagues
- Playing a pivotal role in thought leadership and performance management
- Ensuring team objectives are achieved and profitability is maintained
The ideal candidate is an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (10+ PQE), ideally STEP qualified, with strong expertise in private client matters and a track record of leadership.
