A respected law firm in the South East is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its well-established private client team.
This is a great opportunity for a junior lawyer with a keen interest in wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts. You\’ll work alongside experienced professionals on a varied caseload and gain hands‐on exposure from day one, with strong mentoring and professional growth on offer.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and powers of attorney
Drafting legal documents and managing caseloads with care and accuracy
Supporting estate planning and trust management
Handling inheritance tax and estate administration matters
Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance
