I'm recruiting on behalf of a well‑established South West law firm for a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2-4 years PQE) to join their Sherborne office. The firm is known for its supportive culture, long‑standing client relationships and clear, compassionate approach to private client work.

The role includes:

  • Advising on wills, trusts, LPAs and estate administration
  • Managing your own caseload from initial instruction to completion
  • Drafting clear, high‑quality legal documents
  • Communicating with clients in a straightforward, empathetic way
  • Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to team development
  • Getting involved in business development and community engagement
  • Building strong working relationships across the firm
