A well established West Country law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join its central Bath office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 5 years' experience to work with high net worth clients and progress their career within a supportive and respected Private Client team.
The Role
- Manage a varied and high quality caseload, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Trusts
- Estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Work closely with colleagues across multiple offices, contributing to the development of strong client relationships, professional networks and local referrers.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client care and maintaining high professional standards is essential.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Private Client work
- Strong technical knowledge across the full range of Private Client matters
- Confidence managing files independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive, organised and professional approach
- The ability to work collaboratively with lawyers, support staff and central teams
