The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion, including but not limited to sales and purchases, re-mortgages, registered and unregistered land, shared ownership, buy to let, new builds and transfers of equity.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/CILEX or licensed conveyancer and be able to demonstrate proven experience of working as part of a busy conveyancing team and independently managing their own caseload.
