Chadwick Nott are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Executive to join a leading international law firm's specialist Plots team in Bristol. The role involves managing a busy plots conveyancing caseload, including sale of new build plots and purchasing schemes, with site set up, section agreements and deeds of variation.
This is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 from home) within a team of 16 conveyancers across two offices, offering a comprehensive benefits package.
