The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
This is an exciting opportunity for a planning solicitor to join a leading L500-rated firm. The firm is looking to expand its department by recruiting an additional solicitor. The successful candidate will have broad knowledge including:
- General planning such as s106, s38, s278, and other planning and infrastructure agreements, with experience working with and/or against local planning authorities
- Knowledge and practical experience of the planning system in relation to commercial and residential development
- Managing planning-based projects
- General commercial property experience
- Knowledge of public law, compulsory purchase, licensing (liquor and entertainment licenses), and environmental law (advantageous but not essential)
You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and business development skills.
