Our client is an established award-winning law firm within the Southwest, recognised as a leader within this region. They are looking for an ambitious and driven Planning Solicitor to bolster their Planning Team in Truro.

As an integral part of this highly ranked team, you can expect to work on a wide spectrum of planning work, including planning permission, appeals, CIL, s.106 agreements, judicial review, highways and public rights of way, and environmental law. You will be advising a broad client base to include businesses and private individuals as well as government departments and local authorities.

Due to exceptional growth, our client will consider candidates from NQ + with a passion for this specialism together with those more experienced Lawyers seeking their next career move. You should have excellent IT and communication skills with a strong attention to detail and can expect to play an active role in business development.
