You'll be working at the heart of transformative projects supporting both public and private sector clients on everything from urban extensions to major regeneration schemes and be part of a specialist team of planning law experts.The successful candidate will not just technically sharp, but also commercially savvy and creatively minded.
You'll be a natural communicator, able to simplify complexity and build strong relationships with stakeholders.The Role:Drafting key documents including s106 agreements, planning reports, and litigation materialsHandling litigation: pre-action correspondence, pleadings, liaising with courts, and preparing trial bundlesTracking critical deadlines and ensuring procedural complianceAdvising clients on planning systems and processes with clarity and precisionIf you're a planning law specialist looking for your next challenge, this is a chance to work on high-profile projects that shape real places.For more information about this role please contact Hannah Somers at Chadwick Nott.(t) m) e)
