Personal Injury – Warwickshire
Leading Warwickshire firm has a vacancy for a personal injury solicitor / CILEx to join their Coventry team.
Applications welcome from solicitors at all levels and you will manage a caseload encompassing:
- RTAs
- EL
- PL
- Handling new and existing claims including litigated matters
- Attending Court hearings
- Preparing and drafting documents, briefs, instructions and schedules
- Valuing claims
- Dealing with settlement negotiations
The Personal Injury department have an excellent reputation and considerable experience of dealing with high-value work including multi-million pound claims and those involving brain injuries and catastrophic injuries. You will work as part of a team and ideally be able to undertake a caseload with minimal supervision and assist on more complex matters. You will be able to demonstrate a confident, friendly approach and be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external professional contacts.
