This top law firm is seeking a defendant personal injury solicitor to join their Leicester office. The firm is recognised as a leading legal employer, ranked in L500 and Chambers, and is expanding their insurance department.
Working in a busy department, the team acts on behalf of various local authorities and their insurers. You will manage your own caseload, with supervision as needed, and assist senior fee earners on their cases. This will include an interesting mix of pre-litigated and litigated Employers Liability and Public Liability matters.
You will have the opportunity to upskill and assist on data breach claims, human rights and equality act, subsidence and flooding cases. You will be NQ - 2 years' PQE, ideally with experience of defending litigated claims, but candidates who have claimant litigation experience will also be considered.
