In this role you will handle EL/PL claims from intake through to resolution, including litigated matters, across fast track and some multi-track cases. You will operate within a busy personal injury team, collaborating with other departments to support a smooth claim journey. The position emphasizes strong client relationships, commercial awareness, and initiative to solve problems. You will work in a structured environment focused on adhering to Personal Injury and Civil Procedure Protocols, contributing to the firm’s growth and service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage EL/PL claims from start to finish, including litigated matters
  • Handle predominantly fast track claims with some multi-track matters
  • Strengthen collaboration with other teams within the firm

Key requirements

  • 3+ years PQE in EL/PL claims
  • Strong financial and commercial awareness
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of The Personal Injury Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury Claims, The Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims, The Civil Procedure Rules and The Damages Claims Portal
