We are working on behalf of a highly regarded law firm seeking a talented solicitor or legal executive (NQE to 5 years PQE) to join their distinguished Personal Injury and Medical Negligence team in Brighton.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected professionals in the field, handling high-value and complex claimant cases. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload while supporting senior fee earners with significant personal injury and clinical negligence claims. The role also includes inquest work and Human Rights Act claims, offering a varied and rewarding workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running your own caseload while assisting senior colleagues on complex matters
- Advising claimants on personal injury and clinical negligence cases
- Conducting legal research, drafting documents, and representing clients in negotiations
- Engaging with marketing initiatives to enhance the firm's presence
- Providing mentorship and support to junior team members
About You:
We’re looking for an energetic and committed legal professional who thrives under pressure and enjoys working collaboratively. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in personal injury or clinical negligence and a strong desire to develop their expertise.
