Our client, a mid‑sized London law firm, is looking to recruit a Personal Injury Claims Solicitor with 1‑6 PQE who specialises in claimant litigation and has had some exposure to claims relating to travel. The focus is on injuries that occur for overseas travel encompassing personal and business travel including injuries on cruises, flights, holidays, and abroad road traffic accidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking client instructions and drafting witness statements and schedule of loss.
- Liaising with medical experts on Part 35 compliant reports.
- Reviewing medical records and preparing evidence bundles.
- Discussing funding arrangements including ATE insurance and CFAs.
- Working knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules.
- Group action.
