A dynamic and expanding law firm is opening new offices in Cheltenham in 2026 and is seeking a Family Law Paralegal with 1+ years' experience to support the new practice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, work closely with senior colleagues, and contribute to the growth of a new office.

The Role

  • Supporting senior solicitors with a full range of family law matters (excluding legal aid).
  • Drafting documents, preparing bundles, and assisting with case management.
  • Liaising with clients and maintaining excellent client care standards.
  • Assisting with business development and office growth initiatives.
  • Managing administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with firm procedures.

Candidate Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in family law.
  • Strong organisational and drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive, can‑do outlook and ability to work collaboratively.
