Due to exceptional demand, the firm is expanding and looking for an experienced conveyancer (5+ PQE) to support high quality residential work from its Chipping Norton office.The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing a varied and high quality caseload of residential property matters, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesTransfers of equityRemortgagesNew build transactionsHigh value and complex residential mattersYou will work closely with colleagues across the firm, delivering excellent client service and supporting continued team growth. The role offers genuine opportunities to develop leadership skills and contribute to the wider strategic direction of the Property team.Hybrid working is available, with two to three days per week in the Chipping Norton office.
