A leading national commercial practice is seeking an NQ Property Solicitor to join its expanding Bristol Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, highly ranked department advising both public and private sector clients across a broad range of property matters.
The team is recognised in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, with multiple individuals ranked as leading lawyers. You will benefit from high quality work, strong supervision and a supportive culture that encourages progression and professional development.
The Role
- You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gain exposure to a wide variety of property matters, including:
- Development work for developers, operators, funders and investors
- Acting for public and private sector clients across housing, local government, health, higher education and financial services
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating property documentation
- Managing client expectations and adhering to KPIs
- Ensuring matters progress efficiently and proactively
- Delivering clear, commercial advice aligned to client objectives
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
About You
This role is suited to an NQ Solicitor with:
- Previous experience in a property related practice area during training
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working directly with clients
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- Aptitude for drafting and legal analysis
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work with colleagues at all levels
- A practical, commercial and proactive approach to problem solving
