Long established Nottingham firm seeks a residential conveyancer to join their busy and expanding team. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a busy environment, providing the full range of residential conveyancing services.
Responsibilities
- Providing a bespoke, high-quality service
- Managing a high net worth residential conveyancing caseload
- Running and managing cases from initial instruction through to post-completion
- Contributing to the marketing and business development activity of the team and wider firm
- Acting for a diverse client base, which includes but is not limited to clients of high-net worth, business owners, agricultural clients, and sometimes clients that span across several generations of the same family.
About you
- At least 2 years' PQE in residential property
- Good client relationship skills
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Keen attention to detail whilst also maintaining efficient progress
- Able to prioritise and manage numerous tasks
