Our longstanding client, a high-quality boutique City law firm, is looking to recruit an ambitious experienced non-contentious construction senior associate who is looking to move into a direct entrant partner role. The firm has an impressive reputation within the real estate space with a focus on working with entrepreneurial clients including investors, developers and HNWIs, and the department generates plenty of internal work as well as winning standalone work.
Responsibilities
- Acting for developers and investors on prime London offices
- Supporting hotels/leisure on acquisitions and refurbishment projects
- Advising on fit‑out programmes
- Forward funding including BTR, retirement living, pension funds
- Advising education providers on the construction and development of new sites and facilities
- HNW investors on various developments including commercial and residential
Unusually, for a partner role, there is no requirement to bring a client following, however, the successful candidate must have strong relationship building skills and will have an interest in BD.

Requirements
You will be E&W qualified with at least 10 years PQE gained within a UK law firm specialising in non-contentious construction.
