The Role

Candidate Requirements
- We’re looking for a commercially‑mindful senior lawyer with the expertise and ambition to grow a successful practice.
- Significant experience in non‑contentious construction law.
- Around 8 + years' PQE, although strong candidates outside this range will be considered.
- A strong track record of client development, ideally with a following or referrer network.
- Excellent technical ability combined with commercial awareness.
- Proven business development skills and a clear vision for growth.
- Strong relationship‑building and client management capability.
