The Role

Candidate Requirements

  • We’re looking for a commercially‑mindful senior lawyer with the expertise and ambition to grow a successful practice.
  • Significant experience in non‑contentious construction law.
  • Around 8 + years' PQE, although strong candidates outside this range will be considered.
  • A strong track record of client development, ideally with a following or referrer network.
  • Excellent technical ability combined with commercial awareness.
  • Proven business development skills and a clear vision for growth.
  • Strong relationship‑building and client management capability.
