Overview
In this role you will manage a varied residential property caseload end-to-end for a regional law firm with a loyal client base. You will work within the busy Property team to handle matters from instruction through completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and other residential property matters. You will deliver excellent client care, support relationship-building with clients, and contribute to a supportive, community-focused culture. This is an autonomous role with opportunities for long-term career development and meaningful impact on client outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from inception to post-completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Oversee remortgages and transfers of equity
- Work on new build transactions and shared ownership matters
- Provide general residential property advice
- Maintain high standards of client care and relationship management
- Organise and proactively manage files to ensure timely completion
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
- Ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from inception to post completion
- Excellent client care and relationship management skills
- Organised and proactive approach to managing files
- Commercial awareness and commitment to outstanding client experience
