Chadwick Nott is collaborating with a well-established high street law firm in Somerset, searching for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy Midsomer Norton office. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with solid experience in Private Client work to take the next step in their career. You'll be joining a friendly, community-focused team with a strong local reputation and a supportive working environment.

Role
  • Manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including advising on wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration
  • Handle probate and inheritance matters
  • Trusts experience desirable but not essential
  • Deliver high standards of client care
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives
  • Contribute to the growth of the department
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor or FCILEx with at least 2 years PQE
  • Strong technical knowledge of Private Client law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for marketing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Desire to contribute to departmental growth
Working Arrangements

Based in the firm's Midsomer Norton office; both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome, and flexible working arrangements will be considered.
