A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its highly regarded Medical Negligence team. This senior role offers the opportunity to manage complex, high-value claims within a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked practice known for its client care and technical excellence.

You will lead a varied caseload, including litigated matters, with a focus on securing early interim payments to support rehabilitation and care needs. The work spans a broad range of medical disciplines, including obstetrics, neurosurgery, oncology, and psychiatric care. You\\\’ll deliver clear, empathetic legal advice and collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Our client is looking for a solicitor with a strong track record in claimant-side clinical negligence, confident in managing complex cases independently. You\\\’ll combine legal precision with genuine empathy, and bring commercial awareness and experience in business development and client relationship management.
