Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Manchester
Level: 3-6 PQE

This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to join this international firm. The firm are seeking a clinical negligence solicitor to manage their own caseload and work closely on high-value and complex matters with partners and senior lawyers.
The team act for claimants in a range of high-value and often life-changing clinical negligence cases, often involving complex liability issues and expert evidence.
Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, with supervision on more complex cases
- Supporting Partners on high-value and complex litigation
- Drafting key legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss and settlement documentation
- Instructing and liaising with counsel, medical experts and other third parties
- Progressing claims from inception through to settlement or trial
- Contributing to business development, including networking and marketing initiatives
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
About you
- Qualified solicitor with 3-6+ PQE
- Experience in claimant clinical negligence work
- Strong technical ability with experience handling a range of claimant clinical negligence claims
- Excellent drafting, analytical and case management skills
- Able to build strong relationships with clients, experts and colleagues
