A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy Private Client team based in Lyme Regis. This role will involve providing comprehensive secretarial support to fee earners, helping them operate efficiently while delivering a high standard of client care. You will be a key point of contact for clients and third parties, assisting with communications and helping to manage expectations on timescales and progress.
Duties will include:
- Preparing correspondence and legal documents through digital dictation
- Managing files and filing systems
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Arranging meetings and maintaining diaries
- Supporting with general administrative tasks
- Providing cover for colleagues where required
Qualifications:
- The role requires a proactive and organised individual who can work using their own initiative while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
