In this role you will advise on high‑value London residential real estate and country estates for UHNW clients. You will join a prestigious boutique City firm with a leading private wealth capability and a strong Middle East client base. You will handle complex property transactions, due diligence, and cross‑border advisory within a collaborative, cross‑functional team. You will help shape client relations and delivery for a discerning, international clientele. Responsibilities
- manage and execute UHNW residential property transactions in London and country estates
- perform due diligence, contract drafting, and transaction coordination
- advise cross-border clients, particularly Middle East clients, on property matters
- collaborate with private wealth and other practice areas to deliver integrated solutions
- maintain strong client relationships and ensure high‑quality client service
Key requirements
- 3–5 PQE
- England & Wales qualified
- experience in a strong Central London or City law firm
- excellent client‑facing communication
- discretion and professional judgment
