A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its friendly and professional team. The firm provides a focused and efficient service across wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate and trust administration, and Court of Protection matters. The team works with medium and high net worth individuals across the region and nationally.
Role
- You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality private client services, including:
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
- Advising on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate planning
- Maintaining and reconciling financial accounts and spreadsheets accurately
- Supporting partners and senior lawyers with complex matters
- Ensuring cost-effective and efficient case management
- Contributing to a collaborative and service-driven team culture
- Demonstrating ambition and a willingness to learn new skills
- Upholding excellent written communication and attention to detail
Candidate Requirements
- This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- Minimum 5 years PQE in private client work
- Solid knowledge across all areas of private client law
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Confidence in managing matters independently and under supervision
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities
