The Role
- Draft minimal wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance tax and succession planning advice
- Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients with care and sensitivity
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to the growth and reputation of the Private Client department
Candidate Requirements
- 3â6 years PQE in private client law
- Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts and tax planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
