A Lexcel-accredited firm is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy Conveyancing department in Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a broad caseload of both residential and commercial conveyancing matters, with strong support and a collaborative team environment.
The Role
- You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of conveyancing matters, including:
- Residential property transactions
- Commercial property transactions
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
- Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
- Networking and engaging with the local community to support business development
Candidate Requirements
- This role is suited to a qualified solicitor or legal executive with:
- Ideally 5+ years PQE in conveyancing
- Strong background in both residential and commercial conveyancing
- Excellent rapport with clients and colleagues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
