An exciting opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join one of the UK's leading group litigation teams at the forefront of claimant-side collective redress. This is a unique chance to work on landmark group actions across environmental nuisance, professional negligence, product liability, competition, consumer, and financial mis‑selling claims, alongside high‑profile domestic and cross‑border litigation.
The Role
- Handling individual claims and assisting with strategic issues across large client cohorts
- Reviewing documents, preparing witness statements, instructions to counsel, and drafting pleadings and correspondence
- Liaising directly with clients, managing queries, and providing updates
- Playing a hands‑on role in progressing matters to trial
- Contributing to headline litigation that shapes the law and secures justice for thousands
Candidate Requirements
- NQ-3 years PQE (guide only – applications welcomed from all with relevant skills/experience)
- Strong organisation and time management skills
