A leading legal services provider is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its specialist team delivering high‑volume respondent Employment Tribunal work for a small number of major clients. This is a unique opportunity to work as a true extension of in‑house legal teams, handling significant litigation within a modern, tech‑enabled environment.

The Role

  • Unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
  • Drafting ET3s, witness statements and key litigation documents
  • Providing clear, commercial and practical advice at pace
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with in‑house legal teams
  • Working within a structured, tech‑enabled delivery model
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and best practice processes
  • Supporting a collaborative and high performing team culture

Candidate Requirements

  • 5+ years PQE
  • Strong respondent side Employment Tribunal experience
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Ability to manage high volume workloads to tight deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A commercial, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Interest in innovative, client‑integrated ways of working
  • Experience supervising junior lawyers (advantageous)
  • Experience in volume litigation (highly beneficial)
