A well established and ambitious team is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 3+ years' post qualification experience to join its respected Employment and HR department. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within a supportive environment, working with a diverse client base including multinational organisations, public sector bodies, and SMEs across the UK and internationally.
The Role
- Managing your own caseload and supporting a team of experienced fee earners across a broad range of Employment Law and HR matters, including:
- Handling settlement agreement matters
- Drafting employment contracts, policies, and HR documentation
- Running and assisting with employment tribunal claims and pre litigation negotiations
- Providing day to day HR and employment law advice
- Supporting corporate and commercial teams on TUPE, employment provisions in corporate documents, and service/consultancy agreements
- Assisting with internal investigations
- Delivering in person and online training sessions
- Contributing to business development activities, including seminars, training, and blog content
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years PQE in Employment Law and HR matters
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced but supportive team
- A proactive, motivated, and professional mindset
