A respected regional law firm is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years' post-qualification experience to join its expanding team in Somerset. This is a standalone role in a new office location, offering the opportunity to build a presence with full support from a busy and well-established wider team.
The Role
- Managing a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
- M&A transactions and corporate restructuring
