Our client is searching for a dynamic solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE to join their reputable team. In this role, you will navigate the diverse landscape of residential property law, from handling high-value transactions and lease extensions to managing complex enfranchisements. You will also deal with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, advising on buy-to-let investments and transfers of equity.
You will work with a varied client base, including individual homeowners, landlords, and property developers. Your expertise will help guide clients through the intricacies of property law, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
