The firm combines technical excellence with a clientâfocused, peopleâcentred approach and invests in technology to enhance service delivery.
The role
- Manage a complex Court of Protection caseload including deputyship applications, property and financial affairs matters, clients lacking capacity, statutory reporting, and contested applications.
- Provide strategic, empathetic advice to vulnerable clients and their families; draft pleadings and statutory documents.
- Liaise with multiâdisciplinary professionals and supervise junior colleagues.
About you
- Qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE in Court of Protection and mental capacity work.
- Proven case management and advocacy experience.
- Excellent drafting, communication and clientâcare skills.
- Comfortable working to deadlines, handling sensitive matters, and developing referral sources.
- Confident with technology and new systems.
