This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to work on a varied and high-quality caseload within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
This is a senior, client-facing position offering the opportunity to lead and support a broad range of commercial property matters. Responsibilities include:
- Advising a diverse client base across sectors including housing and third sector
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of property-related legal documents
- Managing complex caseloads and providing strategic legal guidance
- Supervising junior team members and offering mentoring support
- Engaging in business development and attending networking events
- Maintaining technical competence and staying up to date with legal developments
- Leading by example in line with SRA competence standards
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor or legal executive with:
- 5+ years PQE in commercial property
- Experience in the housing sector or with third sector clients (advantageous)
