You will handle cross‑practice work for clients, including insolvency scenarios and distressed assets, contributing to standstills, schemes of arrangement, and debt-related advisory. Responsibilities

  • Provide transactional, advisory and contentious restructuring services
  • Act for IPs on acquisitions and disposals of companies/assets
  • Contribute to financial and corporate restructuring including standstills
  • Work on schemes of arrangement
  • Engage with special situations/distressed assets
  • Represent insolvency office holders in contentious matters (e.g., wrongful trading, CDDA applications, security enforcement)
  • Deliver advisory support including contingency planning and debt advisory

Key requirements

  • 6+ PQE, England & Wales qualified
  • At least 6 years’ experience in contentious and non-contentious restructuring within a UK law firm
