A leading regional law firm is expanding its Residential Property offering and currently recruiting across several offices in the South West. Whether you're newly qualified or bringing a few years of experience to the table, there's a role here to match your level and ambition.

You will be a qualified solicitor (or legal executive/licenced conveyancer) who has experience in managing their own residential conveyancing caseload. You will be working on a busy caseload from inception to completion. Your caseload will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, along with registered and unregistered land.

- Experience in residential conveyancing (appropriate to PQE level)

- Ability to manage files independently or with supervision, depending on role
