Our client is a highly regarded multi-practice office with a strong presence in the Somerset market who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to bolster their thriving team in Frome.
To be considered you will be either a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of five years' experience in residential property law.
Responsibilities
- Independently handle a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion.
- Manage a busy caseload of a broad mix of residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, shared ownership and help-to-buy transactions.
Qualifications
- Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of five years in residential property law.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate experience of working as part of a conveyancing team.
- Strong technical expertise and exceptional client skills.
- Open to full-time or part-time arrangements.
