The Role
You’ll take ownership of a varied and active residential property caseload, including:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- New build transactions
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
Confidence in managing files independently is essential, as is a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Minimum 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to handle a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong client care and communication skills
- A genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the growth and success of the team
