A well-established regional law firm in Kent is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and professional team. The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. The firm values a client-focused approach and encourages direct client contact.
The Candidate
- Minimum 2 years' experience handling residential conveyancing files independently
- Confident in managing transactions from start to finish
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, high-trust environment
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer preferred, though experienced fee-earners will be considered
