The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are working with a leading multi office Dorset practice who are looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join their well-established team in their Beaminster office.
The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. The existing caseload will include a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.
The ideal candidate will be qualified as a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer, with proven experience of working in a conveyancing team as a fee earner. You will have at least 3 years PQE and be confident in independently managing your own caseload.
On offer is a good market rate package (DOE) and the chance to work for a collegiate and well-regarded team.
