We are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Associate to join our client's fantastic Oxford-based team. This role will suit solicitors with 2-7 years' PQE and a solid background in residential conveyancing.
The team supports a broad client base including UK and overseas buyers, and is panel-listed by many leading mortgage lenders. The successful candidate will work on the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, including new-build transactions, secured lending, re-mortgages, and tenancy/licence matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, reports, and correspondence
- Managing searches, Land Registry tasks, and post-completion procedures
- Advising on mortgage redemption, transfer of equity, and property finance structures
- Supporting new development transactions and advising clients throughout the process
Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and client management skills, be confident handling their own matters, and have already been involved successfully with business development.
