Well established regional firm has a new vacancy in their busy Residential Property department. Our client is a respected L500 rated firm with an excellent reputation and a supportive, friendly culture. They have a vacancy for a residential conveyancer with experience of the following:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales for both registered and unregistered titles
  • Deferred charges and equity releases
  • Registrations
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • Shared ownership
