This long established firm seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy team.

Day to day responsibilities will include the following:

  • Handling a varied caseload of residential property conveyancing matters including shared ownership, transfers of equity, transfers of part, adverse possession claims and other more complex residential property work
  • Assisting the Head of Department and other team members to promote the department as a whole and assist with the firm's marketing initiatives
  • Networking with other professionals and contacts, both individually and as part of a team

You will either be a qualified Solicitor, Fellow of CILEX or a Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years experience.
