Overview
In this role you will handle a broad real estate finance remit, primarily for lenders with some borrower work, across development and investment projects in the UK and Europe. You join a REF-focused team at a top UK law firm, contributing to structuring, negotiation, and complex financing arrangements. You will work on diverse transactions, including direct lending and securitisation, with a focus on quality work and strong future partnership prospects. Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate LMAs
- Structure and negotiate real estate investment and development financing
- Engage in direct lending transactions
- Work on back leverage strategies
- Contribute to securitisation structures
Key requirements
- 6-8 PQE qualified solicitor in England & Wales
- Must be working for a dedicated REF team within a well known UK law firm
