New opportunity to join a firm who specialise in property transactions. Based in a beautiful village in the Cotswolds, you will be responsible for your own caseload including:
- Buy-to-let portfolios
- Bridging and development loans
- Director's guarantees for limited companies
- JBSP's
- TR1's (Transfer of Title)
- ID1s & ID5s
This is an engaging role meeting many different types of clients who require independent legal advice for property transactions. All training is provided in house.
