New opportunity to join a firm who specialise in property transactions. Based in a beautiful village in the Cotswolds, you will be responsible for your own caseload including:

  • Buy-to-let portfolios
  • Bridging and development loans
  • Director's guarantees for limited companies
  • JBSP's
  • TR1's (Transfer of Title)
  • ID1s & ID5s

This is an engaging role meeting many different types of clients who require independent legal advice for property transactions. All training is provided in house.
