Role

  • Commercial property for primarily public sector clients:
  • Town centre redevelopment including mixed use
  • Advising councils on the development of university campus sites
  • Advising London boroughs in relation to scoping and screening opinions in relation to development work
  • Advising schools, academies, and charities on development projects
  • Property aspects of academy conversion and changing school status
  • Leases, licenses, and development agreements
  • Compulsory purchase
