- Commercial property for primarily public sector clients:
- Town centre redevelopment including mixed use
- Advising councils on the development of university campus sites
- Advising London boroughs in relation to scoping and screening opinions in relation to development work
- Advising schools, academies, and charities on development projects
- Property aspects of academy conversion and changing school status
- Leases, licenses, and development agreements
- Compulsory purchase
