A top‐tier London practice is seeking a property litigation solicitor with substantial post‐qualification experience to join their growing highly regarded team. This role goes beyond case handling - you'll be a strategic advisor to sophisticated real estate investors, developers, and retailers, guiding them through complex landlord-and-tenant battles, Party Wall Act challenges, and Building Safety Act compliance issues. You'll join a market-leading, directory-ranked group that values your voice, your ideas, and your ambition.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial lease renewals, forfeiture actions, boundary disputes, and statutory claims from inception through trial and appeal.
  • Collaborate with planning, environmental, and construction teams to provide seamless, cross-disciplinary advice.
  • Start to be involved in mid level solicitor duties, helping to develop more junior lawyers, setting best-practice standards and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Get familiar with business growth by cultivating client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to thought leadership through seminars, publications, and industry forums.

What the firm are looking for:

  • A property litigator with around 2-5 years' PQE, ideally gained within leading City or regional practices handling sophisticated property disputes.
  • Technical excellence in landlord and tenant law, with ideally demonstrable experience on complex Building Safety Act and/or Party Wall Act matters.
  • Commerciality - with a knack for spotting risk, managing budgets, and delivering pragmatic, value-driven solutions.
