Role and Responsibilities:
My client is a market-leading firm renowned for its strength across a range of sectors. Working equally between the home counties and London, their Private Client team is highly regarded for delivering bespoke advice to high-net-worth individuals, particularly in complex cross-border matters. They are now seeking a dual-qualified solicitor - UK-qualified and also qualified in either France, Spain, or Italy - to join their exceptional team. This role is ideal for private client lawyers looking to work on sophisticated international matters. The caseload includes wills, estate administration, UK trust taxation, inheritance tax, and capital gains and income tax, with a strong focus on clients with connections to one of the above jurisdictions. Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian is essential (bilingual or native preferred). This is an outstanding opportunity for private client solicitors seeking intellectually stimulating cross-border work in a supportive and high-performing environment.
